Q. What geographical areas do you serve?

Q. What are your hours of operation?

A - Our regular hours of operation are 5:00 am – 7:00 pm. If you have after hour needs please call the office for assistance.

Q. What are your office hours?

A - Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Q. Do you provide transportation in any city or town?

A - Yes. Please email or call our office to set up travel arrangements.

Q. What are my options for scheduling an appointment?

Q. What are your rates?

A - Many different factors determine our rates (wheelchair, ambulatory, after hours). We will be glad to quote a rate after discussing your needs.

Q. If I need service now, can you help?

A - We are a non-emergency service and will try to dispatch your call ASAP. We suggest you make reservations as early as you can to assure timely service.

Q. I do not have a wheelchair. Can you provide one?

A - Yes, wheelchair rentals are available.

Q. May I have a family member or caregiver travel with me?

A - Of course, one person can ride along at no additional charge.

Q. I need to travel long distance. Can you provide such service?

A - Yes, we are happy to work with you on long distance travel. Contact us for a quote.

Q. I am an overweight person. Is there a weight limit for the service?

A - Our hydraulic lifts have a rating of 600 lbs.

Q. How far in advance should I make reservations?

A - All reservations should be made with at least 48 hours notice if possible. If you have a typical circumstances and need to book at the last minute, please call 336-362-5532 or 336-430-2121.

Q. Do I need to reconfirm my reservation/return?

A - No, someone from our office will call you the day before travel to confirm reservation.

Q. What form of payment do you accept?

A - Check, cash and all major credit cards. If you wish to pay in cash, a credit card will be necessary in order to secure your reservation.

Q. Is your company insured?

A - CJ Medical Transportation provides 1.5 million dollar coverage per vehicle.

Q. Who do I call to confirm, change or cancel my scheduled transportation?

A - Call CJ Medical Transportation at 336-656-9888 during our normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm).

CJ Medical Transportation is very customer oriented.  When the weather was bad they were out picking up our patients so they could come for their treatments. We have had to make schedule changes and they worked with us to make sure the patients were picked up on time, at home as well as at the facility.
 Their personnel is polite and courteous to the patients as well as to the staff .
